Terms of Use

These Terms of Use apply to the BLAZING Youth Center website, membership platform, and related online services. By using BYC online services, users agree to use them responsibly and in accordance with applicable BYC policies.

BYC Services

BLAZING Youth Center provides youth development programs, membership services, information, resources, activities, and other experiences. BYC may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue features as its programs and services develop.

Accounts

Users are responsible for protecting their account credentials and for providing accurate information. Account credentials should not be shared with unauthorized individuals.

Parent and Guardian Accounts

Membership for individuals under age 18 is managed through a parent or guardian. Parents and guardians are responsible for information they submit through the membership process and for appropriately managing access associated with their household.

Young Adult Members

Young adults ages 18–25 may establish and manage their own BYC membership and are responsible for their account activity and information.

Acceptable Use

Users may not misuse BYC services, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with platform operation, impersonate another person, submit intentionally false information, or use BYC systems for unlawful or harmful purposes.

BYC Content

BYC names, branding, original publications, graphics, program materials, website content, and other original materials may be protected by intellectual property laws. Use of BYC content does not transfer ownership rights to the user.

External Services

BYC may use or link to third-party services. Those services may have separate terms and privacy practices.

Availability

BYC works to maintain reliable online services but does not guarantee that every feature will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Services may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance, security, technical, or operational reasons.

Changes to These Terms

BYC may update these Terms of Use as its programs and services develop. The effective date displayed on this page identifies the current version.
